Teen Read Week Poster Contest

Win a Flip video camera!
Design a movie poster to promote your favorite book! Be creative!
Use paints, crayons, markers, computer art, photographs, collage or any other medium and your
imagination you want to create a 12 inch by 18 inch movie poster to promote your favorite book. We will provide the 12”x18” paper, if needed.
Artists from grades 6-12 are invited to participate.
Details and entry forms are available at the Library. All entries must be in by September 24 at 4pm.
Library patrons will vote for their favorites September 27-October 8. Winners will be announced during Teen Read Week, October 17-24.

Officer French from the Bonner Springs Police Department will be here to talk about crime scene investigation. You’ll learn how to dust for fingerprints, learn about DNA and other methods they use to solve a crime.
Pizza will be served.
